Brothers and Sisters

Another week in the books...earlier in the week Lily got to see our old neighbor Dorinda, and meet her very cute baby daughter Caroline. Caroline is also another technologically advanced baby who has her own blog - check her out at www.dorindaanddave.blogspot.com Back to Lily...later in the afternoon, Mom and Lily hit the pool - she still prefers the baby pool even though she is now allowed into the big pool due to being potty trained.

The move is on the horizon, just 26 days away. On Friday, Lily, Mom, and Dad visited Lily's new school which she will attend beginning in July. This school is a little smaller than her current school and she will be placed with younger and older children, which we think she will enjoy, since to date she has always been the oldest in her class. Upon meeting some of the teachers and children, she was a little shy at first, but warmed up once she saw the new playground and the huge sandbox. She speaks very excitedly about her "new school" and making "new friends."

Saturday we began packing up the basement, and later in the afternoon we went to Hayley and Cole's house for a cookout. As always, Lily had fun playing with all of their many toys, and visiting with them! Sunday was more packing, and then we made an impromptu visit to see Grandpa Maurice and Grandma Phyllis and had some dinner.

Some exciting news to report - Lily is going to be a big sister come early December!! To date, she is requesting a "baby brother" - well we will find out in approximately 7 weeks if we can comply with her wishes.

Lily wants to send out special happy birthday wishes to Aunt Kelly!!!

Until next week...enjoy the few pics we have!!
