We had a busy Halloween week here. Lily had her follow up dentist appointment on Thursday and she was a very brave girl. She was very patient and allowed the dentist to work for an hour. Needless to say, we are making even more sure now that she is doing a complete job brushing here teeth! Fortunately, these are baby teeth so the work is far from permanent.
On Friday we had Lily's last Halloween parade at her school. We forgot the camera so no great shots from there. She had a good time and marched proudly and sang songs with her classmates. After dinner with Grandpa Maurice and Grandma Phyllis we were off to a local park for a Halloween "eye spy" train ride. The kids got to ride the little train and look for objects hidden in the woods. They both had a great time looking for stuff in the woods.
On Saturday we had a quiet day around the house while waiting for darkness and trick or treating time. Lily and Jack dressed up and had a great time shaking down the neighbors for candy and treats. On Sunday, Lily began swim lessons, her goal is to be a Little Gator next summer! Mom and the kids spent the rest of the day with Grandma Gail, and then Grandpa Tom joined us for dinner.
Special birthday wishes this week to Auntie Donna who will be celebrating on Wednesday and great yellow grandma who will turn 89 on Sunday. Have a good week and on to the pics and video.
