You Rascal You

During the week Lily opened some early Valentine surprises courtesy of Donna & Stephen which included lots of stickers, Dora paraphernalia, and big girl underwear (Lily is doing pretty well with potty training, and wearing her big girl underwear is just around the corner). She also was treated to some stickers from Bubbie.

Lily spent lots of time over the weekend playing with stickers and coloring, and making some Valentines. Saturday, while Mom and Dad went shopping and out to dinner with friends Erin and Rob, Lily went to Grandma Gail and Grandpa Tom's house. She enjoyed playing with the dollhouse that Mom and her aunts played with when they were little, and the highlight of the visit was a trip to the indoor pool. She had tons of fun running into the water, and floating on her back. She also received fun Valentine presents including a shirt, fleece, and pink frog - thanks GG & GT.

Sunday Lily was a trooper and watched some dvds in the car while Mom and Dad drove around looking for some single family homes - no immediate plans to move, we'll keep you posted. Later, Lily and Mom got in a nice long nap, and the rest of the day was spent playing with toys and stickers.

Monday brought a special treat - a children's book called 'Cat in the Tree' (written by John Archambault) that was beautifully illustrated by cousin Stephanie - or as Lily calls it "Tebby's book."

While we anxiously await to see what whether we will actually get any snow tonight per the forecast, enjoy the pics!

Wow...what a fun blog this week! My computer is working once again, so I checked the blog immediately and found my little Lily, having lots of good times. Ahh, the life of a two year old...she is just getting fun-er and fun-er all the time. Happy Valentine's Day! Love you, Dono
