Keep Fishin'

Lily seems to be fully recovered from her cold and is doing well. We had a good week of fruits, veggies, bottles, sleeping, day care, playing, napping and a little crying/fussing. No new major milestones ... walking appears to be at least a few days away.

It was a quiet week with no visitors and we all had a nice relaxing weekend. We saw our friends John and Michelle on Saturday night and Lil got a chance to play with their kids Cole and Hayley. Cole and Hayley have their own blog now, everyone's doing it.

I think that's about it. The pictures are in their usual spot. Until next week.

P.S. - A few people have commented that last week's entry title had a spelling error ... to put curious minds at ease, all the titles since our fourth entry have been song titles and that particular song, Apples + Oranjes, was spelled how the Smashing Pumpkins decided to spell it. I am a specialist at typos but that one was not mine.

One of Gypsy's favorite toys is the empty toilet paper roll. Apparently Lily likes them too.

Lily got a new toy this weekend that she loves. It is a Fisher Price Aquarium. She loves the one she plays with at day care so Lil and I took a trip to Toys R Us on Saturday to get her one for home also.

A closer inspection.

Satisfaction.

When we were putting away some of her baby clothes we had an extra tub sitting around so Lil hung out inside.

Just a funny look.

Playing with her friends. If you look closely you can see that she is wearing a sticker that was on the tub that said not to put a kid in the tub with the lid on. Surely a sign of too many lawyers out there.

Chowing down on sweet potatoes and peas.

See ya next week. Posted by Hello

you let the cat out of the bag... now everyone knows about your titles.
so, for the first time tonight, I was on the phone with my mother while she was reading the blog for the first time. you should try it sometime - it is a truly hilarious experience.
lily looks adorable. glad to see grover popping up in some pictures too. soon she'll be crawling and you will need a to put her in the tub to contain her.
love, cousin e.

Well, we all chuckled at pic#1 and we hope that Lily and Gypsy have different toilet paper rolls (that was Steve-o's comment - not mine!) and we chuckled at pic#2 but we laughed a great big belly-laugh at pic#3 where it looks like Lily is going to disappear into the goldfish bowl!!! And the last picture is truly a beauty...we liked the others, too but some are just more delightful and special...we miss you lots...love, d
